To maintain our standards as a trusted supplier, all returned components undergo a technical inspection by our quality team. We must verify that the part is the original item supplied and that its structural integrity remains intact. Returns will not be accepted for parts that show signs of:

Tool marks or installation damage.
Exposure to fluids (oil, coolant, or brake fluid).
Electrical components that have been plugged in (due to the risk of voltage spikes).

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a component that does not match your technical order or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately. In these instances, we will prioritize a component exchange to ensure your vehicle maintenance stays on schedule. We take full responsibility for ensuring you receive the correct, quality-verified part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and reliability of our inventory, certain items are considered final sale:

Special Orders: Custom-sourced parts not held in our standard inventory.
Electrical Assemblies: Sensors, ECUs, and wiring harnesses (unless faulty upon arrival).
Consumables: Seals, gaskets, and filters that have been removed from their protective sealing.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

6. Restocking Fees

Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items to cover the cost of technical re-inspection and administrative processing. This ensures we can continue providing high-quality, verified parts to all our clients.
